Can I purchase things off this website?
Due to the nature of handcrafts being “one of a kind” we can not assure the item pictured is available. If you see something you like email us at moc.enilnosdnahdnatraeh@ofni and we will see if it’s still available or the artist will make another.
How do I become a Heart and Hands artist?
We need to see a sample of your work. You can fill out our Artist Inquiry Form (click here) or drop in the store and leave a sample of your work for our consideration.
How does your consignment work?
We work on a percentage and a $20 a month fee. If you would like to bring a few items by (or email pictures) we would be glad to consider them. The qualifications are that it has to be handmade in Tennessee, unique, of good quality and accepted by us to sell. We do not have “booths” items are displayed by us, coordinating them with the other things in the shop.
I have bought from the store before can I get more?
If you can describe what you bought some items are available and can be shipped. You will need to call the store. 615-794-2537 to find out.
Do you ship?
Yes we do, if the item is available or can be special ordered. A credit card will be required for the purchase, shipping and handling. Please call the store and explain your request. 615-794-2537
Do you do special requests?
The fact all items in our store are handmade, gives us the unique ability to change things about many of the products we carry.
